Ann Marie Lowery

Ann Marie Lowery, of Oak Grove, Ala., passed away peacefully on February 18, 2025, at the age of 44.  Her strength and determination were evident in her proud commitment to living drug-free.  She was known to frequent yard sales and was good at striking a deal.  

She is preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Price Vines, whose memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched. 

Marie is survived by her loving father, Theodore Vines of Adger, Ala.; her three wonderful children: Charles Peyton Lowery, of Adger, Ala., Richard Gabriel Hopkins, and Sharon Ann Hopkins, both of Vance, Ala. She also leaves behind her brother, Terry-Joe Vines of Adger, Ala.; as well as her aunt, Joyce Price; and her two precious grandchildren, Emma Hopkins and Elijah Hopkins; the father of her children, Jeremiah Hopkins, of Vance, Ala.; and two canine companions, Inch Worm and Max.  

Private services will be held in Alabama.
