Carolyn Renee Helbert

Carolyn Renee “Nookie” Helbert, age 55, of Bristol, Va., went to her forever home on Thursday, December 5, 2024, and is now with her Heavenly Father. 

She was born March 20, 1969, to the late William Roby Helbert, Sr. and Betty Jane Blaylock Helbert in Bristol, Tenn. She was formerly employed at Columbus McKinnon as a machinist and was an animal lover. 

In addition to her parents, Nookie, was also preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Blaylock and Ronnie Helbert, and was instrumental in their care until the time of their passing. 

She is survived by two siblings, William Roby Helbert, Jr., of the home, and Phyllis Ann Helbert of Abingdon, Va.; special niece, Tiffany Ann Dunnington and her husband, Chuck, of Abingdon, Va.; and three great nieces, River, Autumn and Harlee.

A private celebration of life will be held by the family.
