Daniel Collins

Daniel Collins, age 72, of Glade Spring, Va., went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 14, 2025, at his home. He was born to the late L.A. Collins and Evelyn Morris Collins in Denver, Colo. He loved the Lord and frequently attended church at Valley View Freewill Baptist Church, Free Zion Church, and the Lighthouse for Jesus Church. Danny was an outdoorsman who appreciated the beauty of God's creation.

In addition to his parents, Daniel was also preceded in death by his brother, Michael Collins; and a sister, Debbie Collins. 

He is survived by two children, Raymond Collins of Tampa, Fla. and Crystal Collins and husband, Keith Chancey of Thonotosassa, Fla.; brother, Donald Collins and wife, Sandra, of Plant City, Fla.;9 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
