Patricia Nell Jackson

Patricia Nell Jackson, 73, passed away during the early morning hours of Friday, September 15, 2023, following an extended illness. Patty was born on October 19, 1949, in West Virginia to the late Franklin Edmond Howell and Ruth Coomes Howell.

Patty attended Shakesville Church of Christ. She enjoyed the simplicity of life, she enjoyed being outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, and her furry friend, Cookie. Patty was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her brother, Malcom Coomes; sisters, Shirley Brown and Mary Cannon; and furry friends, Cookie and Sissy May. 

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 31 years, Randall Ray Jackson; five children: Angelina Royston; Selina Gross (Geard); Timmy Royston (Kathy); Junior Royston (Presley) and Debra Gardener (Travis); 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Howell; sister, Melissa Nunley; several nieces, nephews and host of friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her daughters, Debra Gardner and Selina Gross, and her grandson, Thomas Gardner.
