Patrick Shawn O'Brien

Patrick Shawn O’Brien, age 58, of Camden, Tenn., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 27, 2024, in Abingdon, Va. He was born August 20, 1966, to the late Elvis Marvin “Obie” O’Brien, Jr. and Evelyn Webb O’Brien. He was a long-haul truck driver for H & H Transportation in Louisville, Ky.

He was also preceded in death by two nieces, Evelyn Charity Ashburn “Chetty” Ragsdale and Amanda Desiree Ashburn; and his beloved boxer, Bella.

Two children survive, Casey O’Brien and wife, Jamie, of Hollow Rock, Tenn. and Brittney Oxford and husband, Barry, of Holladay, Tenn.; two siblings, Colleen O’Brien Ashburn of Clarksville, Tenn. and Nelson O’Brien of Camden, Tenn.; five grandchildren, Emerson, Grayson, Madison, McKinley, and Madden; and two nieces, Hope Ashburn and Salina Faith Jones.

A memorial service will be held from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Saturday, November 9, 2024, at First Baptist Church, 269 Post Oak Ave., Camden, TN 38320, with Bro. Jason Moore officiating.
